Anyone who is elderly or who needs special assistance during snowstorms, severe weather or other emergency events should register for the Rhode Island Special Needs Registry.  Please see the town’s website at http://middletownri.com/ online-services for more information or call the RI Department of Health at (401) 222-5960.
